We are a care service built on 20+ years of experience of 2 registered nurses. Our combined experience spans across different health care settings, including acute care, elderly dementia care and community care. We share the same passion of caring and supporting people living with a disability. Our approach is to work in partnership with clients and their families to deliver high quality client-centred care. We are experienced in communicating effectively with people living with physical, neurological and mental disabilities and of different ethnic backgrounds.
