We are a care service built on 20+ years of experience of 2 registered nurses. Our combined experience spans across different health care settings, including acute care, elderly dementia care and community care. We share the same passion of caring and supporting people living with a disability. Our approach is to work in partnership with clients and their families to deliver high quality client-centred care. We are experienced in communicating effectively with people living with physical, neurological and mental disabilities and of different ethnic backgrounds. We are both excited and looking forward to assisting our clients live independently and give them the opportunity to access services previously unavailable to them. We believe in empowering and supporting people with disabilities to implement their support plans and be involved in their own care.
